You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

Organisers are solely responsible for the events they post, including accuracy of dates, locations, prices, and any imagery. You must have the right to post the content you share.

No illegal, harmful, hateful, or misleading content. No scraping, reverse-engineering or interfering with the service.

Fomoza is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or attendance at any event listed.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
